We want you to be 100% happy with your Green Collective order, so if something’s not quite right, please get in touch.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a full refund on any full priced product where the return is requested within 14 days of receiving your product(s). Simply email us at hello@greencollectiveco.com.au to arrange. Note that postage costs to return the item will be at your own cost. We request that you use a tracked shipping service to ensure the product makes its way back to us safely.  We must receive the product before the refund can be processed. A credit will be applied to your original payment method, which can take anywhere between 24 hours and 14 days depending on which payment method was used.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges on all full priced products where the return is requested within 14 days of receiving your product(s).

To exchange, please email hello@greencollectiveco.com.au with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Note that postage costs to return the item will be at your own cost. We request that you use a tracked shipping service to ensure the product makes its way back to us safely. We will send the exchanged product back to you & we will quote the cost of postage depending on you location.

FAULTY PRODUCT

We stand behind the products we create. If you believe your product is defective, we apologise. Please contact us so we can make it right at hello@greencollectiveco.com.au and provide your order number with details of the defect and photos if applicable.
